How do you fill your cold plunge up?
To fill you ice bath with water, simply place a hose over your bath and fill to the recommended water level.
How often should you do maintenance on your Helios Cold Plunge?
Mesh Filter: Wash every five plunges.
Micron Filter: Wash every two weeks and replace monthly, after 30 plunges, or when it has been running for 100 hours, whichever comes first.
General Cleaning: Clean the tub weekly and change the water every 3–4 weeks for optimal hygiene and performance.
How does the cleaning process works?
Every 3-6 Months it is recommended to deep clean your tub. The steps below will guide you through a deep clean of your Edge Tub.
1.Drain the Tub and Chiller completely - leave no water in the machine, hoses, or bottom of the tub
2.Throw away any water filters that were previously used, and throw away or disinfect any accessories that you may be using in the tub (such as a cushion or floating thermometer)
3.Dry the tub with a towel (note that some residue may transfer, so an old towel is recommended).
4.Scrub the tub with a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser. Wipe down with a clean, damp cloth.
5.Spray the tub with an all-purpose cleaner. Wipe down with a clean, damp cloth.

Important Note: The top of the mesh component has a ridge; the bottom does not. Replace the mesh correctly to avoid damage.
